Prices in Euros per Apartment per night, taxes included.
Minimum stay in Seasons A and B = 3 nights and in Seasons C and D = 7 nights.
The apartment (except for the kitchen) will be cleaned twice per week for stays longer than 7 nights. For stays less than 7 nights the cleaning service is optional.
Check in after 17:00 h. and check out before 12:00 h.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancelation Policy: from 01/07/2011 until 15/09/2011 if cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. In the rest of the year: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged, If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
