Prices in Euros per Apartment per night, taxes, parking and internet conection included.
The apartment (except for the kitchen) will be cleaned every 2 days and bed linen will be changed every 4 days, from the second day onwards.
Minimum stay in Seasons A and B = 3 nights and in Seasons C and D = 7 nights.
Deposit to formalize a reservation: one night cost will be charged at least 15 days before the day of arrival.
The total cost of the stay must be paid at the check-in time cash or with credit card (Visa, Maestro or Master Card).
Cancelation policy: from 01.07 to 15.09 in case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival, one night cost will be charged. For the rest of the season, the same cost will be charged in case of cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival.
Check in after 17 o'clock and check out before 12 o'clock.
Pets will be not allowed.
